I am reminded of Jimmy, the seven year-old boy who brought his little pot-bellied pig into the house. He put “Wilbur” in the tub, scrubbed him, dried him, sprinkled him with talcum powder, then doused him in perfume. He even put a bright pink ribbon around that rather plump neck.
Sure enough as they played in the house the back door got open just enough for Wilbur to see it. And before you could say, “Freedom!” his rotund friend was gone!
You guessed it, 15 seconds later Jimmy threw his hands up in the air as he watched his buddy blissfully rolling around in the blackest mud you have ever seen, pink ribbon and all!
